EDGBASTON

Edgbaston is known as one of Birmingham’s most prominent locations, known for having some of the most luxury houses in Birmingham and one of the lowest crime rates in Birmingham.

This excellent neighbourhood is also home to Edgbaston Cricket Ground where many local and international matches take place and is recognised by cricket fans all over the globe. The addition of Birmingham University has also boosted this community bringing many young professionals into this area along with many excellent private schools and leisure clubs.

Being one of the closest area’s to Birmingham City Centre it benefits from having close transport links to both public and personal transport including motorway links, tram/train service and a 24 hour bus service. HARBORNE

Harborne is a prime location in South West Birmingham, offering high end retailers, one of which carries the Royal Warrant. It further boasts a well established sporting presence in Harborne with thriving local cricket, Rugby and Golf clubs.

Central Harborne High Street is just three miles from the centre of Birmingham, with a total area covering 3,300 Acres with a large section of wooded area perfect for nature lovers who also like to be within walking distance of a thriving City Centre.

Harborne has a friendly and well presented community, with multiple coffee shops, local meeting points and family owned businesses with a thriving restaurant scene, including a Michelin-starred restaurant – making it the perfect place for an evening out and a real alternative to the city centre.

Harborne has a strong property market with many new developments and exclusive properties hidden in and around this prominent location, which in turn generates multiple investments into this village.

QUINTON

Quinton is one of the fastest sales and lettings area’s in the whole of Birmingham with a huge surge of tenants and occupiers looking to move into this area mostly because the close proximity to Harborne with the added benefits of not paying Harborne house prices. Also with many leading schools, college’s nurseries, parks, and High Street amenities this area is one of the most popular yet affordable places to live in Birmingham.

Quinton has seen large surge in house prices over the last few years in both sales and lettings, as more and more people are moving into this area from Harborne, Edgbaston, and Halesowen, as this area tends to be more family orientated. However large amounts of investors are also choosing to invest in Quinton as the demand for this area has greatly increased.

Being only a five to ten minute drive from Birmingham City Centre and the Bullring Shopping centre; Quinton is one of the closest areas to the city without having to deal with the hustle and bustle that every city brings, providing a more quite and community feel but still close enough to benefit from everything Birmingham City has to offer.

SANDWELL

Sandwell is a borough named after the Sandwell Priory and was formed April 1974. Covering 33sq miles the town spans across Oldbury, Smethwick, Rowley Regis, Tipton, Wednesbury and West Bromwich.

The borough has excellent access to the national motorway network with five junctions feeding in to the M5 and M6 motorways serving the South West, South East and North West regions of the UK. Sandwell also benefits from a mainline train station - Sandwell and Dudley and the Midland Metro.

Sandwell has seen a lot of public regeneration and more private investments over the last few years as the area is becoming more and more desirable, both residentially and commercially. This is an excellent location for outer city centre living and is one stop into Birmingham City Centre, also with many local parks and amenities this makes for an excellent family area, with a very wide range of nationalities and cultures, Sandwell is known as one of the most diverse area’s in Birmingham.

BIRMINGHAM CITY CENTRE
